Gemstone Legal Consulting, LLC (“Gemstone”) is an Arkansas-based company whose services are targeted primarily to Arkansas consumers and business customers. This privacy policy is meant to inform the public and provide transparency to our customers regarding how we handle the personal information (PI) with which we are entrusted. Nothing in this policy should be read as waiving any applicable exemption or exception to any laws, including privacy laws outside the jurisdiction of Arkansas.

This policy applies to Gemstone and all of its employees, contractors, and subcontractors who handle or have access to PI on behalf of Gemstone. This policy applies to cases referred to and accepted by another entity through the Gemstone Referral Program only to the extent Gemstone retains custody of or access to records.

Gemstone only collects PI as disclosed in this privacy policy. We collect your personal information through our Inquiry Form, which is stored in a secure and encrypted third-party database and used only for purposes as you expressly direct or as necessary to provide services you have requested. We will never sell your personal information, nor will we share your PI with anyone without your permission or unless necessary to perform a service you have requested. Any PI we share will be the minimum necessary to perform the task required.

This website does use cookies to track traffic, which may include your general geographic location, the browser you use, and your activity on the site. This information is not connected to you personally and will not be used, sold, or shared by Gemstone for any commercial purposes other than site maintenance and improvement.

We will provide you a copy of your PI or delete your PI on request, except where retention is required by law. Please send an email to ARGemstoneLegal@gmail.com to make a request. This is a non-secure email address, so please do not send sensitive information in your message.
