At Gemstone, we make referrals a part of our business model.

We take the time to listen, to research, to guide clients as they gather their evidence and documents. Then, if and when the time is right, we write up a referral with a legal theory of the case and send it to our law firm partners within your budget who have expressed an interest in those types of cases. In some cases, we continue to work on your case as co-counsel or legal consultant until resolution.

Clients whose cases are accepted through the referral program do not pay a fee to Gemstone. Payment is arranged directly through the primary law firm, whether contingency, hourly, or flat rate, with Gemstone taking a reasonable referral or consulting fee based on the actual work we complete, in accordance with local bar rules.
